There aren’t any exact amounts for this recipe. This was our “dessert” last Halloween and one apple made plenty for our family of three.
- Red apple(s)
- Lemon juice
- Peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- Mini marshmallows
Core apple and cut into even slices. Toss with lemon juice in bowl (to prevent browning). Spread peanut butter onto apple slice. Place second apple slice on top, positioning slices to look like lips. Nestle marshmallows into peanut butter for teeth. Arrange on plate and refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
